For the occasion, you are invited to join the virtual conference « Je mange de façon durable » (I'm eating sustainably), on April 20, 2023 at 19:00. The conference will be given in French. However, you will be able to interact in English with the host Elisabeth Paradis to ask all your questions.

Élizabeth Paradis is a speaker who believes that eating is linked to pleasure, to sharing and to ecological values. Élizabeth will propose sustainable eating and will offer concrete solutions to everyone to eat better and preserve the Earth. From the farm to our table, the way we eat has a major impact on our health and the one of the Planet.

Moreover, by registering for the online conference, you will have a chance to win one of three $50 gift certificates to be spent freely at the Town of Mount Royal's 2023 Summer Market. The draw will be made among the registered participants.

Three locations, three dates to remember in February 2023 for “Saturdays on Ice”, the winter party par excellence with live music and DJ, hot chocolate, campfire and marshmallows, and of course hockey and ice skating. A good idea to decentralize the event to allow more families to participate.

Splash and Dash is an annual event that was created on behalf of Sarah’s Fund for the Cedars Cancer Foundation. Family, friends, neighbors and co-workers will gather once again to mark the 21st anniversary of this fundraiser that is making a difference in the lives of the heroes of Sarah’s care unit at the Montreal Children’s Hospital. Since its debut, Splash and Dance, the flagship event of the Cedars Sarah Fund, has raised more than $ 3 million to support several programs that have had a significant impact on young cancer patients. This year, the goal is to raise $300,000 to meet the needs of children with cancer hospitalized in Sarah’s care unit. All proceeds will be used to fund existing programs and new projects. Business representatives, families and individuals are invited to participate; to become a volunteer or simply encourage participants by watching their exploits.
